From what i rembember Ralph wanted to implemnt stricter chat moderation and fullblast said no.

Then Ralph chimped out at full blast and apparently sent him angry messages telling him to pull down all the killstream eps or hed claim them and get them taken down by youtube. I'll try and go back through this thread and the simpspiracy one to find the exact details but this is roughly what happened.
