Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

@LawArchive please make me famous by mentioning me in one of your extremely popular threads.

I'm not smart or witty enough to respond to all the lawsuit stuff, I just silently browse so I'll never end up immortalized in their threads, but @LawArchive could you pass along the message to @Ron Toye that I'm still waiting for that police report about his son being on Tinder? I mean, I wasn't the one who originally found it, but I would sleep better at night to know that some poor schmuck in a Dallas police station got to get an eyeful of humping Godzilla toys while reading about how much of a failure of a parent @Ron Toye is.

:)

The last time two ton was right on anything was when a flash grenade went off near her blubber filled fat ass and scared her causing her to jump back and almost cause a small 1.5 earthquake.

Can verify.

Nick, the guy who is mad that he can't show his picture of him and Vic playing golf doesn't care about Vic. Nick who begged Vic to be more assertive doesn't care about him. Nick the guy who mey Vic and asked him several times if he had done the stuff he claimed to do doesn't care about him. But hey atleast there is some Squally love

"And who owes money"

Moronica also owe a quarter of a million dollars two ton, the point you think you're making is retarded as it always is.

"He just wanted a culture war, said so himself"

No video proof of this, as always, and I am fairly sure Nick said that Moronica, funi, and others wanted to make a culture war. Not Vic or Nick.

Ah, finally the Geico Caveman finally gave his reasoning for why Vic would lose. "There were no fact statements."

EDIT: I take it back. He said "most of the things the defendants said weren't fact statements." Guess what. There are conflicts on fact statements. This goes to a jury based on TCPA rules.

This proves he's dishonest as fuck (granted, he's a lawyer, and an Australian at that) or he hasn't read a single thing except what twitter has spoonfed him.

Let's see Jamie Marchi's public statement. I'm sure this has been archived already so I won't make another.

"Vic did this."
"Vic did that."

Are those, or are those not, statements of fact?

I also see he mentions "Vic admitted to it."

Vic admitted to, per page 218 of his depo

He touched Marchi's hair. He might've even tugged it. He didn't admit to wrenching her hair back, restraining her, and forcing her to physically fight Vic off to get him to release her.

On 219 he even denies saying "something sexual."

A year and a half back the angle of "80+ lawyers all agree that Vic has no case!" would have made me rethink things. After all, if all these lawyers had read the papers and arrived at the same conclusion, surely there's something wrong here. But no. They consistently can't even get basic facts about the case right. Now, seeing things like what this idiot wrote, I see willful ignorance, and opinions based soley on Believe Wahmen, Own The Republitards (even though this shouldn't be political, at all), and/or Vic/Nick/Ty Man Bad.

I'm still curious what Geico Cavement thought of Geoffery Rush's metoo lawsuit down there in Australia. Was he "lol SLAPP suit!" up until the judge told Rush he could stick his dick into that newspaper's finances?

Roughly about 9 months after Nick btofed him sen made a exposing nick.

"I'm not mad."

Proceeds to call Nick "Nick Risotto."

"I'm not mad."

Proceeds to call Nick's audience a bunch of liars.

"I'm not mad."

Proceeds to attack Nick's guest choices.

"I'm not mad."

Senpai is humbling himself just by reaching out to Nick instead of talking to "bigger YouTubers."

"I'm not mad."

Wants to strangle people. Oh excuse me, he wants a "friendly" strangling session with Nick's audience.

"I'm not ma...

Wait... Nick doesn't have as much power as he used to? Power? Influence? That's an odd fixation for someone that isn't just chasing clout. Senpai is retarded exceptional.

The big thing about Marchi's statement is pretty odd.
A friend of mine began looking into the claims and she's planning to do a reenactment of said event with some people she knows to test to see if Marchi's so-called story holds any water.
because my friend deduced that if Vic pulled her hair at the roots then not only would Marchi have slapped him or hit him then and there as having your hair on the back of your head or any place near you neck makes you want to kill someone because of how much it hurts. So Marchi cannot have gone into shock for a few seconds when it happened, the sensation automatically gives anyone an instant response of wanting to hurt said person engaging in such activity.
