So, if the appeals court overturns the decision in the hypothetical on all counts, do we get opinions from all of the judges, or just a disssenting if there is one?

reason being it would hilarious for Ron’s 17-0 to become 17-51

If they all agree there would only be the one opinion. If there's a dissenter, then we would also get the dissenter's opinion.

A judge could agree with the result but disagree with the reasoning, and in theory, all three judges could disagree with each other and there could be three opinions, with everyone concurring in part and dissenting in part, but that's fairly uncommon, and outright rare with intermediate courts of appeal.

We can only hope for a favorable appeals decision, but nothing is certain. Also, a verdict will not be decided on that day; it may take days, weeks, even months for a decision to be made.

That being said, watch yourselves. Only two days until the appeal submission date and the crazies are already on the loose.

Yeah, it's unfortunate he never got put in the slammer for abusing his exes and kid, but being mistaken for a convicted criminal is small potatoes given that he's a confirmed wife-beater and he still makes light of his abusive history. Besides, he has the profile of a creepy villain anyway, of course people are going to look at him and believe he may be on a sex offender registry.

I mean how else is he gonna pressure or bribe them into being with him? That's the Toye way, isn't it? You were your personal fucking fiancee's landlord before you hooked up with her. How many months of rent did she swallow from that little nubbie of yours?

You disappoint me, Ron. You should at least have taught your son to offer to buy girls laptops or let them stay with him just like daddy does.
