I will say this, part of the coming to terms with Dax being a lolcow is realizing that Jesse wasn't lying the whole time and does deserve a slice of credit. The stuff he did when he white knighted for Maddox was gay, but Jesse has come into his own as of late and improved as far as what he does.
I mean if you think Jesse is dogshit you can sprinkle sugar on it and still be left with a dogshit frosted in sugar. An improvement, sure but still dog shit. If you don't like the guys schtick then you never will and it will always be dogshit.

As someone who wasn't a longtime fan of Masterson, and only found out about Jesse cuz I trolled Mersh/RotC, I think Jesse's funny, and he actually made Dick look stupid the one chance at a confrontation on the killstream he got against Dax, despite all the fuckery used against him to stop that one thing from happening.
I know dude had illwill built against him from people here, but, shit, at least he had the balls to go on there knowing what was gonna happen, and he still achieved the one thing he wanted to. He does the Mad Magazine trollish type shtick, the type that Dick claims he's an oldfag master of. He actually puts imagination, effort and creativity into it, though, from what I've seen. The newproject3 video and his parody of Manson's "The Dope Show" were legitimately funny. He is a funny dude, and has a lot of talent in terms of production and showmanship. If he would just to keep his podcasts under 90 minutes, I think he would be able to grow his audience substantially. It wouldn't be hard to do either. There's a lot of repetition and "here's what I did. Isn't that great? It's great isn't it. Clapping noises" fat that could easily be trimmed, at least in post, if not with a bit of self control while live streaming.
