Here is the issue, anime itself is a medium and what its importing its really depending on the use of said medium. For example loli would be one of those terrible uses which lets be honest really, loli is a gateway to pedophilia which is fucking disgusting and what makes Diddler Dax such an awkward retard for defending it. However its also a medium that you can use to tell stories very effectively and gives you freedom on over the top action sequences and a lot of depth for example. To make a paraphrase of Sargon, it depends on the anime.

I can absolutely agree that the medium of anime can be used for both good and bad. My greater point is that we shouldn't be importing any foreign cultures and especially not those that cater to pedophiles in any way shape or form.

No matter what happens, Ralph will never be able to undo the damage to his body. Someone that fat will always be morbidly obese, and the <1% of people who do end up losing some weight will always be doughy with loose skin. I think his BMI is 50+. Obesity starts at 30. Mentioning his skin, his diet and drug consumption has created horrible rashes all over. He looks like he's 55+. Similarly, the damage he has done to his liver will mean it will be enlarged, scarred, and fatty forever. If he doesn't die of heart disease in the near term, he will have serious liver problems in the mid-term. Frankly, I'm amazed he doesn't have diabetes already.
