We're nowhere close to living in a theocracy, lmao. Our culture couldn't be further from that in nearly every aspect, which is to be expected since the world is sick. However, murder is wrong in both secular and religious societies, and abortion is murder even if you gussy it up and call it "reproductive rights" or some other specious, feel-good nonsense. Someone like ACB is merely spotlighting the obvious about baby-killing, which only seems "theocratic" precisely because our society is so fucked up, temporal, and self-serving. The non-God-related Commandments are already codified and integrated into our laws due to, you know, timeless morality, ethics, and reason.

Before you talk about whether abortion should be legal, you need to talk about what's being done. Are you discarding of a mere clump of cells, or are you terminating a human life?
If the former, then on moral grounds, it doesn't matter. If the latter, then it's semantically identical to killing or murder.
A conversation on abortion typically goes nowhere because this matter isn't settled before the bulk of the argument is undertaken-- one, for example, argues that abortion should be legal because its prohibition is an undue restriction on the woman's body and personal autonomy (let's ignore that another person will be involved in the abortion-- the surgeon). That the fetus isn't human, or otherwise has no rights, is a given in this argument. Ideally, an argument about abortion would begin and mostly be about whether the fetus is human in the first place, because we recognize murder as wrong already.

My personal view on abortion has changed a bit over the years. My first stance was abortion is murder and should be illegal. That changed into 'abortion is murder but should still be legal' simply because women will have them anyways regardless of illegality.
There's no way you can convince me abortion isn't murder. Even if you can say terminating a "clump of cells" isn't murder, there's still the irrefutable fact that you are killing a potential human being that would have grown from that clump of cells, which I see as a horrific act and a thing that is normally avoided when debating about abortion.
So abortion is murder. But is it justified murder? SOMETIMES. If the mother's health or life is in danger from pregnancy? Justified. Did someone under the age of 16 get pregnant from rape? Justified. I feel like all other instances (using it as birth control, having tard babies, incest, rape) I feel it is unjustified. Still not sure about having a baby with a disability...I guess it depends on the severity of the disability. It's still worth thinking about.

That's a possibility, but there are also a lot of women who will claim to be allergic to latex so that whatever dude they're with will forgo the use of a condom and accidentally fix them up with eighteen years worth of child support. Not saying this was the case, obviously you'd know better than I, but it does happen as does tampering with condoms [pinholes, etc.] among crazy ass broads who want to keep a man around but they're too batshit to do it by making him want to stick around organically by being pleasant to spend time with.
But another option would be lamb-skin, usually a legit allergy to condom use is latex, lamb-skin contains no latex. If you say: "That's fine I have non-latex" and they argue with you about it, excuse yourself from the situation, go to the nearest gas station and grab a sixer, and head home.

For the sake of consistency, I only find this justifiable if it's been determined that trying to carry the child to term will likely result in the mother's death due to her lack of development. Otherwise, we're still dealing with the fact that a child is going to potentially be murdered. Rape is horrific, absolutely, but it's also not the child's fault that they were conceived from said rape, and that's the only life they're ever going to have. Even if the mother can't find it in her to take care of the child herself (understandable), then arrangements should be made to have the child adopted by people who can.
