The best thing after that would be for this to come back on appeals, Elliot Plank to get deposed/crossed, and Vic still has no idea who he is.

The second best thing would be for Elmer Plum's testimony to be ruled irrelevant hearsay and struck, making him, through court orders, to be irrelevant.
