Here is why these dipshits don't realize that the reason why people don't even interact with their "threads" is that there is clear evidence that they would resort to mob mentality, false flagging, etc to silence anyone that doesn't "fall in line" with their narrative. They are so willfully ignorant that they do this, that it's second nature to these fuckwits, that's why no matter what they try and say, no one will believe a word they say, cause that's how utterly disingenuous they are, how much they kept moving the goalpost and omitted and outright lied publicly to everyone. This is all been about one fucking thing for these fuckwits, attention, they don't care how they look on the internet, because to them, the internet is just a fad for their amusement. To be blunt, that's just sad, because those that don't take the internet seriously are foolish, same can be said for those who take the internet too seriously.

The likelihood of us getting a response today is far too low to say "will" possibly. Regardless though, this is an exciting time for us! There's a tension in the air that will be driving people crazy and we internet spectators will get to see an increasingly ridiculous shitshow up until the response drops.

It's too generous to call what two-ton and the monkees are doing 'communicating with kiwis'. They're screencapping kiwi posts and waxing poetic about how everyone but them are wrong because delusions, while people then point and laugh at them. No true attempt at back and forth has been made.

No it isn't. Nothing will happen today except that the judges will look at the appeal.

Which is significant in its own way, because it'll be the first time a judge actually looks at Vic's case. Unlike with 'I've got better things to do than my job' Chupp, however, we can safely assume they'll wait to render judgment until they're finished looking at everything. That is to say, we shouldn't expect anything until mid-October. And even then, it's unlikely to mean much immediately except for twitter points: if Vic wins, MoRon will immediately appeal to SCOTX and lawtwitter will instantly damage control and say 'this is totally normal and expected and doesn't in any way invalidate literally everything we've said for the past year and a half' and if Vic loses in a way that leaves him unsatisfied (ie; the completely ridiculous 'he loses on all counts' or something similar) it's most likely that he'll appeal to SCOTX because at this point he might as well, and lawtwitter will instantly spike the football and crow about how nobody ever appeals to SCOTX and this proves Vic legally raped Monica and 1,000 other women and no one can tell them it's defamation because defamation doesn't exist.

Basically, even after the appeals arc, no matter how it turns out, we're still not going to go back to the fun discovery and trial continuation until the supreme court appeal filler is done.

What remains amazing to me is that a fat soccer mom larping as Nick's intern expects to be taken seriously about law just because her gimmick account has the word 'law' in it. Nobody ever believed she was an intern, and her identity has long been outed as someone with zero authority or experience to speak on matters of law, and yet she just still keeps on trying, like she could ever possibly convince anyone of anything. At this point I'm not convinced her children listen to her.

I for one, am shocked that Emmett would lie and go against something he said that can be publicly found on his twitter. This is completely unheard of behavior for him, and he definitely didn't perjure himself in the exact same manner with his "please notice me senpai" affidavit. I bet if Vic suddenly declared he had a gay exception for bald losers he doesn't remember ever meeting before, Emmett would immediately claim that he's never had a girlfriend and is very available.

That only happens when the court says something or is about to say something, or a new leak or embarrassing thing happens to the defense that they want to cover up, get in front of, or distract from. None of that has happened today.

These people are too weak-willed to argue in a place they couldn't block users and fall back on their hugbox for help. Two-Ton, Betak, and UnderdogBeTa would've been here already if that weren't the case.

They'll instead fall back on the ancient strategy of taking our screen caps out of context and pretending that we're totally getting owned
