Quite frankly Sara’s “dialogue“ was even more scary in its manipulative mastery of the subject, mood, and the forensic details.

Telling him not to own/use any restricted weapons is going to be enough in their eyes?... so it'll be on trust then - he knew it was illegal to have restricted weapons but still went ahead. Trust? the bloke is a pathological liar. Waste of time taking him to court imo.

I've just read up on BPD, One of the possible assoctiated MH problems is antisocial personality disorder
Antisocial personality disorder signs and symptoms may include
  • Disregard for right and wrong
  • Persistent lying or deceit to exploit others
  • Being callous, cynical and disrespectful of others
  • Using charm or wit to manipulate others for personal gain or personal pleasure
  • Arrogance, a sense of superiority and being extremely opinionated
  • Recurring problems with the law, including criminal behavior
  • Repeatedly violating the rights of others through intimidation and dishonesty
  • Impulsiveness or failure to plan ahead
  • Hostility, significant irritability, agitation, aggression or violence
  • Lack of empathy for others and lack of remorse about harming others
  • Unnecessary risk-taking or dangerous behavior with no regard for the safety of self or others
  • Poor or abusive relationships
  • Failure to consider the negative consequences of behavior or learn from them
  • Being consistently irresponsible and repeatedly failing to fulfill work or financial obligations
No mention anywhere in those chats of his BPD diagnosis. miriam encouraging a young mother into a relationship knowing her son is unstable. Beggars belief.

Miriam gives me the fucking chills. I think Jonathan was born fucked up, but having Miriam as a mother guaranteed he’d be irretrievably warped. I wouldn’t be remotely surprised if those two have literally murdered people.

What was daddy’s cause of death?

Lol, calm down. Yaniv can't even fake being sick properly. It's highly unlikely he could get away with murder.

Big if true. BPD isn't a get out of jail free card, JY. All the mental health problems, none of the NCR. ASD, bipolar and manic depression are common cormodities.

I'm suprised JY didn't get therapy and medication mandated. Beats the hell out of getting so stressed you revert back to reptile brain on a regular basis.

I would hazard a guess that he has the other comordidities. People that have BPD without the other MH issues tend to realize their behaviour isn't normal without getting dragged into court. Getting help for these issues isn't easy or fast.

The behaviour therapy mentioned earlier doesn't magically make you better. It's an every day, concious effort to remember that it isn't okay to blow your top over minor issues. You gotta want to change, gotta want to give yourself time to think before reacting.

Yaniv’s psyche eval. found he had borderline personality disorder Symptoms- Fear of abandonment Unstable relationships Unclear or shifting self-image Impulsive, self-destructive behaviors Self-harm Extreme emotional swings Chronic feelings of emptiness Explosive anger. He ticks every box.

So, a project requiring conscientiousness, diligence, a willingness to make an effort, and very likely needing humility of some degree to successfully complete. Doubtless also requiring acknowledgment of horrible past behavior as being, well, horrible.

As if Yaniv is capable of any of this on his own, never mind with Mommy Dearest as enabler on the scene. Dude is a Cow4Life.

miriam, as his mother, has certainly had enough time to get him sorted...he was a pita back in school going by some who knew him then.

However that said, yaniv is 33yo and should be taking responsibility for his own health, as he's obviously aware of his MH diagnosis, JFC he sees enough doctors. If he is refusing or can't be arsed taking his meds then he should be sectioned again and again until he does, imo. His explosive temper alone is enough to warrant concern.

Crown counsel was basically defending him. I can't quite grasp that.

Give him time and jonathan yaniv aka jessica yaniv aka jessica simpson will be back to his "normal" behaviour despite these supposed court restrictions....hell, he was back to his obnoxious threatening self before leaving the car park (not to mention threatening photographers with the police before actually attending court)

He's quiet on Twitter (expected) but I'm curious if any SnapChat-TikTok pity party "stressed" pics/vids will emerge, claiming to be have been "exonerated" or, my favourite, "misunderstood"
