I was actually talking with a friend of mine about this earlier, and I've said this before so apologies for restating, her old art was way more cartoony, so the lack of anatomy and bizarre faces made sense.

Like yeah, it's not good art but it's cartoony enough you can excuse the weird anatomy. And maybe if she stuck to that her art would be tolerable but instead she tried doing more realism with the same sloppy anatomy.

Like, the eyes are more realistic, and there's more lines and shit. I don't wanna say it's more realistic but, more detailed is the word I'm looking for. Which makes it uncanny. It's like if you saw a cartoon character who had hyperrealistic eyes and hands for no reason, it would look super weird. That's the same effect Amanda's art has IMO.

As long as I remember... No. She was never 190, and I'm a long time Amanda fan. She was always a fatso, nowhere near ''chubby'', just straight up obese. I don't know how she was in her teens, but she was already very overweight in her 20s. The only thing that really changed about her appearance is her hair, and I think that she even gained some pounds. (she lost some too, but gained again, then lost, then gained...)
