Again, she wasn’t a career criminal, didn’t resist, and died as a direct result of police actions. Even if her boyfriend was a drug dealer, does that really change that this hits every checkmark for “ideal BLM martyr”?

Maybe not a career criminal, but definitely an amateur criminal. She handled money and passed messages for her dealer fuckbuddy while he was in jail. Which doesn't devalue her as a martyr, in fact I think they take perverse pleasure in elevating petty criminals to sainthood.

People need to stop talking about Taylor specifically - it's tragic she died, but it was neither her nor the cop's fault. Blame the boyfriend.
