Typically with augmentations you are encouraged to massage your breasts after a certain amount of time post-surgery to prevent capsular contracture. Your body's natural response is to make a capsule around the implant made of collagen fibres and scar tissue but in some cases it tightens, putting pressure on the implant. As expected, there can be some funky results.
