IIRC the running theory was that DLive farms bit coin off of viewers, so the way it probably works is any streamer that has say 100 or more viewers gets bots as well and it farms the bit coin from the bots and via the viewers connected to it. I think Dispatch and Jim did a lot of research into it, and it all logically checks out because DLive is Chinese and China was so into farming crypto that they single handily increased the price of GPU's ten fold setting up crypto farms. It is essentially a crypto ponzi scheme.
