"Exhibit F" (03-11.pdf), "Exhibit M" (03-18.pdf), and "Exhibit X" (03-29.pdf), which Russ purports to show alleged copyright infringement on kiwifarms.net, show screenshots that were taken from some website called "kiwifarms.tw," not "kiwifarms.net." Russ does not explain what connection there is between kiwifarms.net and kiwifarms.tw.

"Exhibit V" (03-27.pdf) includes an extra screenshot that is embedded in the PDF, but it isn't visible... I'm not sure whether he added it by mistake and failed to remove it correctly, or whether he actually meant to include it but accidentally put something else on top of it, resulting in it not being visible. Anyhow, here it is.

So on the exact same day that he willingly admitted in a court of law to having committed a crime as defined by the state of Utah he filed more paperwork to re-litigate with "nuh-uh it was just a big misunderstanding and those DANG DIRTY TROLLS ruined EVERYTHING!"" He tries to skate the issue by claming in the footnotes that the case was "still ongoing," even though he must have surlely known that hours later he was going to admit guilt
