Legal kiwis, I never got a clear answer, but since there are links to his book on here, is that a copyright violation? I know there's no way he's going to get any money out of this and that his complaint is written like a child but still, could the posts about his book that myself and others have made be taken down? As minor as it is I really just don't want him to have even the slightest idea of a victory here.

I too have Tucker Carlson face as I read this screed. I didn't think I'd ever truly see someone in real life voluntarily make themselves look so...pathetic, so...disturbing. And he does it all without hesitation as if we all will see his side of things. It's amazing. One of the most astounding things I've ever seen.

He's his own issue of Psychology Today.

I would think whatever website the link takes you to would be in violation, if anything. The fact you can read the book in its entirety (for free) on Amazon doesn't help his case.

I'm not a lawyer, but that's my educated guess.

The way Russell has attempted to use Erika's admission that she's dealt with depression and anxiety -- in an attempt to build rapport with Russell, not as part of a deranged outburst, as Russell implies -- is very offputting. When Russell attacks Taylor Swift he may as well be shaking his fist at the sky, but in this instance he's taking a shot at someone who's in a more vulnerable position.

And that's why I think someone at Skordas' office should be made aware of this filing. It shows that he's likely not going to let the issue go and cooperate with his probation and no-contact order. He's seething over her, making up lies about her, and its only been a little over a week since his sentencing. He will escalate, and the proper people in charge should be notified.

As I told him over a year ago, his DMCA should have been directed to Google, not to me. He chooses to send them to me because he wants his thread moderated.

I think the entire document would also provide insight for the court ordered mental health professionals. Perhaps Ms. Mena ought to have a copy as well for her records? Or maybe Mr. Skordas has provided everything she needs on that end, IDK...

EDIT: Ms. Mena should have this anyway. With all the liability talk around David "Tard Haka" Stone, people seemed to agree that all evidence should be made readily available in the case someone gets physically hurt and needs to sue the local police department or court.

While looking through my email for the message Skordas sent me a long time ago, I realized in December I got an email about Greer. It was some girl I had never heard of saying that Greer was harassing her and she didn't know what to do. I replied just saying "Contact the police". Guess who? lol

One weird thing about being me is that I have a lot of small interactions with a lot of people and it's really jarring to see something a year later and have to realize, "oh shit yeah I did do that"

I wish Greer had known this before the trial and the lawsuits. The slobbering about how Joshua Moon of Kiwi Farms turned Erika against him would have been priceless.

I actually checked the docket today at lunch and saw his motion was granted, and upon logging in to the Farms to upload the claim, I saw that Null actually posted it. I read through his claim and like others have said, the guy is fucking nuts. He has no concept of how to properly draft a statement of claim, set out causes of actions, damages suffered etc. Just pure lunacy.

However, the docket report indicates that Russ is attempting to do some more fancy legal maneuvering:

Note that in addition to Russell getting his pauper status approved, he is attempting to get some form of alternate service ordered to make it easier for him to have his claim served on Josh and a website! LOL (I just am at a loss as to how he is so stupid to not understand that he improperly named the entity, so he either needs to strike them from the proceeding or amend it to name proper party). Also, a motion for electronic filing he appears to be making as well. Finally, it looks like there is some requirement to notify Registrar of copyrights if one commences an action that deals with violation of copyright.

Just just settle the lawsuit by transferring Greer ownership of the kiwifarms along with the passwords, then he can deal with all the headaches of herding thousands of cats and their rage if he doesn't feed and groom them properly. I doubt he or anybody he knows would even have the knowledge on how to manage the website and will likely end up in jail when this place becomes a dark web market for heroin via lack of moderation.

Maybe monkey paw curse all top 10 annoyances by transferring a shared ownership to them so they can all sue each other.

Then with nice backup and the staff from the old site start kiwifarms2.net

Ok, I just read the main one, the efforts for alternative or substituted service on Josh. My comments:

1. Russell refers to 1 Defendant in his "arguments" for substituted service. Russell named 2 Defs in his claim. So, does that mean you have no problem serving the other Defendant, Russell? The Court might be interested in knowing why you could find a way to serve the website, given it is "owned" by Josh, but not Josh personally? LOLOL

2. Russell says he made efforts to locate Josh. In order to obtain an order for substituted service, one must exhaust all efforts in attempting to locate the party. You must provide an affidavit outlining such efforts so that the Court understands that various resources and appropriate efforts were used to attempt to locate the party. Russell doesn't even say what efforts he made! Googling "Joshua Moon's address" and giving up after it didn't come back on page 1 of the search results is not great effort. Either way, I'd be very surprised if the Court granted this motion given there is no evidence as to what he tried to do to locate Josh.

3. Russell seeks service via the email address legal@kiwifarms.net. Yeah. Ok. That is just brilliant Russell. Fantastic idea!! Let's say by some miracle Russ actually gets an order to effect service on Josh via that email address. All Null has to do is deactivate it so Russell gets a bounceback that the address is invalid/doesn't exist. He'd still be required to prove that service was accepted, ie by Josh responding to acknowledge. HAHAHAHA Oh man. Sending a 5.3M claim to a fucking email address is what Russell deems proper service! 😭😭😭

Main thing is I have serious doubts that the order would be granted. He hasn't shown any evidence of his efforts (absolutely none) that would sway the court to allow for substituted service. And even if the Court did grant it, it wouldn't be to an email address (I fucking hope!). I have dealt with sub service stuff for years. Usually the Court will allow substituted service if as I said, great effort was undertaken to locate party. However you don't just get to email it, the usual practice is publishing an ad in a local newspaper(s) in the location(s) that Josh resides.

I will say that reading and discussing Russell Greer's absolute stupidity when it comes to law shit is the perfect way to kick off the weekend!

He can "compose" a 30 page document, file with court, file extra motions etc., but is too stupid to look on the website's Contact Us page for their corporate or mailing or service address. :story:

I think Russ will win this one. Null will go to prison and as a special bonus the judge will force T.Swift to go with Russ to Olive Garden and play footsie under the table.

But seriously, when you read this you can read between the lines how he's absolutely seething about the Erika lawsuit of that time. Also less hidden and a lot more obvious- he's completely nuts. I think he went crazier over the years. I also mean nuts in the literally crazy screaming at traffic lights way, not the coy "guy is a weirdo" way. Give it ten years and he'll be a Lucas Werner.
