Interestingly enough Nick Fuentes of all people remains a successful streamer despite being banned from the major streaming sites. InfoWars doesn't seem to be going out of business. I think he started checking out of a lot of the drama going on because the minute one of us starts talking about Ralph's escapades of late, one of the Guntguards in the server will immediately start shitting up the chat to obfuscate shit. We usually have five to seven people talking about the bullshit Ralph's doing, but only two or three heavy Guntguards are present, and it's amazing how stupid they are. It got to the point where I legitimately think the mods on the server just tune everyone out, and Nick is the same way. That way we could just search them for 'ralph' and get to the relevant drama without having to listen to Sargon and Destiny, both of whom I find absolutely insufferable, for hours. It won't work for this video because it's a 2 hour 43 minute livestream that's just ended and even Google can't spare computers to transcribe that shit so quickly but it probably is possible for other videos. I'll experiment. It seems like it should be possible to use an .srt file to find where someone is mentioned and then use the timestamps to clip it.

You can invoke ffmpeg directly to convert the file (I found this worked better than youtube-dl)
