Don't know how it works there, but where I live you get to pay about half the consultation fee for missing an appointment without due warning. That's easily a medium-sized Transformer.

Those two things have no relation to each other. Okay, wild speculation time, what eye problems could cause vision loss? There's no suggestion that it would be acute, so macular degeration? HRT can cause cataracts and glaucoma, and that's in people who are meant to have estrogen in their bodies. Maybe it's multiple meningioma, it seems to be a thing for MTFs, and missing an appointment for that would definitely trigger a follow-up call for a missed appointment, especially one that was missed for no reason (fear), and cause some "fragility" in Kevin.

My Googling also brought up this reddit insanity about vision changes on HRT. Gotta fetishize everything about women, including your vision getting worse on HRT. These dudes are so unbelievably terrifying: "My sight got worse HAHAHA JUST LIKE A GIRL COOM WITH ME, BROTHERS"

Someone mentioned glaucoma, but I doubt it. It's caused by increased eye pressure that gradually damages optical nerves, causing narrowing field of vision and ultimately blindness. Even when untreated, this can take years and It's early stages are complelety symphtomless. If Kevin is risking blindness because one missed appointment and It's glaucoma, that would mean he has been ignoring it for years and already has his vision severely and irrepairrably damaged.

Or he is being a melodramatic cunt, which is more likely.

I wouldn’t read too much into this - as Kevin says it was an automatic call. It is likely something the eye doctor’s office included in their robo-message for liability purposes and every patient gets the same. Kevin knows he’s at no risk of losing his vision but the message gave him an excuse to try and get asspats and help with his now permanent grifting.

Any time a troon posts something about health issues/car troubles/employment status/relationship problems/their family I assume it's for asspats, another excuse to ask for money in the near future, or both.

Can guarantee the message mentioning vision loss is an attempt at limiting the liability of the clinic, and was likely done at the suggestion of a malpractice attorney. If a patient misses an appointment and goes blind (or suffers another less serious problem) they may try to sue the clinic for not treating the missed appointment with urgency. That may have already happened to this clinic or the counsel for the clinic may have been involved in a case of that sort. It has nothing to do with anyones eyes specifically.

Doubtful. He claims he missed the appointment because he had to take a pet to the vet. Except he doesn’t even drive. So one of the other troons drove him and the pet, essentially making him being there pretty moot. Nothing stopped him from taking an Uber or calling a cab to go to an apparently vision altering appointment except him.

He would never have a case when it was his fault.

I'm tempted to say that Kev is setting the stage for his next e-grift: emergency eye care bills. I'm not sure Kev is smart enough to pull off that kind of strategy, though.

Probably just an excuse to whine about Trump and how it's going to be troon hunting season if Trump gets re-elected. I'm no Trump fan, but honestly -- if it could be guaranteed that Trump would crack down on troons, he'd probably have my vote. Sadly, Trump is not going to be rounding them up and putting them in troon-centration camps, no matter how much Kev rees online about it.

Honestly I don’t know how you can live with harden ranchers who are not only hauling hay 10 hours a day because the land is barren, but also managing a massively uninsured mortgage in the middle of a global pandemic that has crushed the middle class.
