I was about to pop in, it's actually a positionable dressform used for draping and patterning. Most people use it for the purpose of putting clothes on it or think it will magically help them resize clothes. It also helps if a person can't there, you can adjust the fit, stitch the garment and put it on the dress form and see how it looks.

Judging by how its sitting on the floor and not on its stand, I doubt she uses it for the draping/patterning purpose...only for the coatrack convenience. Such a shame

I find it hilarious how all of her "vent posts" undermine a lot of the things she talks about, primarily the parts where she starts complaining about why she's fake/feels fake/has to put up a persona online. And that wasn't with our "prompt" that caused a confession over on her Tumblr, that was just of her own free will as she had moments of clarity realizing she was being a big fat fake online to try and make friends.

It's sad she doesn't seem capable of making friends irl, but that probably has something to do with how she presents herself. Weird hair, constant scowl, apparently covered in fandom gear, possibly reeking if she's taking along the odor of her room with her. Maybe if she tried appearing a little more normal she'd have a better chance of people approaching. Or heck, maybe she ought to try and converse with them first. Not that fucking hard to say hello and point out something about them that you like, maybe their hair or shirt or something cripes.
