Okay, I'm glad it wasn't just me, because he definitely sounded really congested.

Kinda funny that @Burger Fox & I have both been gaming to cope with sitting through these streams, but Ralph apparently has to snort Adderall to get through his own show.

For sure, there's been a few examples of it now where he starts the show more agitated and with more energy than he has during the rest of the show where show you see him slowly decline more and more, start slurring words, etc. It's not just because he's bored/tired (although it doesn't help) but because the effects are wearing off.
It also explains why he suddenly gets a burst of energy to scream at the aylawgs after he turns off his camera during the outro.
It's more obvious if you contrast the first few minutes of a stream with the last few, I'm gonna try to find a good example from a few weeks ago when PO was still re-streaming.

Problem is Ralph hasn't stopped drinking once since he got out of jail, and if he couldn't do it for Nora (and he seemed to actually care for her), there is no way a blackmail baby for Faith is going to give him the motivation.
If it seems like he's drinking less it's because he's doing more drugs which get him through the show without drinking or without drinking as much (coke bottle with booze).
He's not doing as much as he was doing during the pillstream, it's not Xanax, that much he has said himself. but I'm 100% convinced he's doing drugs regularly.

The cleanest area of the home is ironically the bathroom; it is there where she will make her final stand, transmogrifying the tiny bathroom into a deluxe Hong Kong apartment and resource guarding the shower and toilet from the other inmates in the asylum.
