If an artist asks you not to tag their artwork as "kin" "me" or what-have-you, it's not up to whether the artist is as fucked in the head as you want them to be as to whether or not you comply. You do it out of basic human decency and respect. An artist can pour their entire being and emotion into a piece and to have that ripped from them can feel awful. Not to mention if it's someone's persona or something of the sort, it's like having someone else take your Facebook photos and spout "hey look at these cool pics of me!"

Just... don't do that shit if they say it's not cool. If the artist doesn't give two fucks, fine, go ahead, but if an artist asks you not to do this, just don't.

Sorry for getting spergy but I've had this done to me a lot and most of my art is very personal stuff, so... it gets under my skin. :/

I actually watched someone try to diagnose themselves as being a CSA victim. They suddenly got super paranoid about other people talking about CSA and thought WELL WHAT IF I WAS MOLESTED AS A KID TOO? And so a suspected CSA survivor they became.

This person also cited people not returning borrowed pencils in school as "abuse."

I hate pretty much every person who thinks like this and I hope every time they go outside (even if it's only once a year) a bird poops on them. Or that a bird will also fly into their houses to poop on them.
