Schizoaffective disorder comes in two flavors: depressive type & bipolar type. To oversimplify, it's all the fun of schizophrenia with a mood disorder tacked on. But while schizophrenics have a flat or blunted affect, schizoaffective patients tend to be pretty expressive & emotional, at least in my experience. Her inability to emote makes me think she's just severely autistic. She throws a lot of tantrums but she doesn't seem particularly emotional.

Hey Manatee, what's your schizoaffective subtype? I'm curious.

EDIT: you can apparently have a dual diagnosis of autism & schizophrenia spectrum disorders (schizophrenia is a spectrum as of the DSM V), but there's so much overlap in terms of delusions, odd behavior, disorganized speech, etc. that I'm not sure I totally buy it. Autism & schizophrenia also share the same gene signature, interestingly enough.

From my understanding of Twitch's affiliate program, she will only make money by people subscribing to her channel, giving her bits or ads being run on her streams. By the way she's talking about it, I don't think she realizes how hard that really is and probably thinks Twitch is just going to send her a check every month.
