A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

What did you think would happen? Sexual degenerates will never stop pushing. You give them gay marriage, they take AIDS being forced onto people as a misdemeanor. Tell them you don't care what they identify as and they will start raping children and women while pretending to be a 5 year old girl.

BTW, Scott Wiener is the same guy who also authored the bill that lowered knowingly spreading HIV to others into a misdemeanor charge. And that other one that allows judges to not put gay men on the sex offender list if they fuck underage boys.

SB-145 changes the law to allow judges the same level of discretion over whether certain people must register as sex offenders for consensual anal and oral sex as they already have for consensual penile-vaginal sex...

Before SB-145, an 18-year-old male convicted of having oral or anal sex with a 17-year-old male would be required to register as a sex offender, while a 24-year-old male convicted of having penile-vaginal sex with a 15-year-old female would not be automatically required to register – it would be left up to the judge.

What if a guy was living in California and he was having a really hard time getting laid, he could just say he was transexual, get arrested, get sent to a women’s prison, and then he could rape a woman who is trapped inside there with him and can’t escape from him.

If a 13 year old girl was arrested for shoplifting, would you put her into a cell with a adult male criminal? Fuck no! Why not? Because he would rape her! So why would you put someone who has a penis in a females prison? It just don’t make any fucking sense! The number of males who want to become transgender is going to SKYROCKET in California now! Being sent to prison is going to be a fucking awesome thing for criminals now. These people are going to LOVE going to prison now so that they can rape women! Prison is suppose to be a punishment. Not the greatest gift to man ever! Prison should not be a reward. You should not love being in prison. Prison will be such a fun time now for these people. People will be getting arrested on purpose.

There's tents gathering signatures to recall Newsom popping up all over southern California. Every one I saw had a small line waiting to sign.

I fucking hate Scott Wiener.

MTFs who are into men will want to stay in men's prisons. FTMs will not want to go into men's prisons. Only troon AGPs will use this fucked up law to gain access to women's prisons.

California has mostly kept MTF transgender inmates at Mule Creek without issue and there is absolutely NO REASON to allow them into women's prison because they claim to be trans. I have no problem with inmates who have completely transitioned being moved to a women's prison, but an inmate who still has a functioning penis does not belong in a women's prison.
