Goons will make shit up like that to make it appear they aren't really browsing the forums or know what's going on at KF, AND to make us seem autistic so they can laugh at us. This is bait so someone calls them out and they say, "well, we don't even read that retarded website to begin with!" Goons basically are just artists are making shit up and using their lies to benefit their own reputation on the forums.
Goons do this obnoxiously stupid shit all the time and it's primarily directed at other goons to try to convince them they are "chillax." Being so retardedly insular they have this weird culture of pretending not to give a shit while very much giving a shit. It's painfully transparent on the outside but somehow they all keep falling for each others' garbage.
Lowtax is extremely thin-skinned and egotistical. He is no doubt lurking the forums very often. He does not do so logged in so people think he no longer cares about what goes on here--but this is from a guy that would hunt around other forums to see what people said about SA so he could ban any goons that criticized him or the site in general. Lowtax is super fucking looney and a lot of us knew it for years, I'm surprised it took this long for him to finally be considered a full-fledged lolcow by the internet.

I don't know about Cloudflare, but 14TB isn't all that much, all things considered. You get unlimited amount of traffic from some DCs with your $60 colo.
I used to routinely do 30TB in/out at my old one in Western Europe using it as a seedbox.
