In regards to the Columbine images that come from Tumblr, one would wonder if the Tumblrite knows about one of the killers being a sociopath. Being angry at the world doesn't mean it's justified anger, especially if one thinks they are more important than everyone else.

Yes, the murders they committed may have been real, but they're generally so far removed from the lives of the everyman that it's basically on the same level as trying to explain how Sephiroth wasn't really a villain and was just misunderstood.

People who admire people who actually did stuff like this in reality are much more likely to end up like our very own @Heretics on Holiday and friends, and trying to replicate what they admire. If someone is obsessed with a cartoon villain, it's pretty unlikely they're going to try to destroy the world or something.

I don't think I'll ever understand people who crush on and idolize real life killers. They don't even have to be good looking for the fangirls to come crawling out of the woodwork, I've learned.

Hell, I've come across an astonishing number of Josef Mengele fangirls over the years, as well. I don't see the appeal in revering people who tortured and murdered innocent people who had friends, families, and lives that they wanted to continue living.
