I can’t wait for the new Netflix show “Boogie in the Big House”. I mean we always assumed we’d be talking eventually about Boogie’s death here on KF, but I don’t think “a hail of sperg on sperg gunfire” was ever on anybody’s top ten list of ways that the ol’ fat ass might leave us. So what are the betting odds from here? This is some bizarre Boogie Smolette stunt? Or does he an hero himself with cheese?

Warning shots are permitted in exactly zero jurisdictions. Castle doctrine protects you only if they cross a "private threshold." You cannot come outside of your home and fire a gun at someone. Some castle doctrine laws protect you in your vehicle and consider car doors "private thresholds" but that is neither here nor there.

Boogie doesn't understand gun laws in the slightest.
