Let's be realistic here: I don't think anyone in any state is going to get in legal trouble for pointing a weapon at a crazy guy who crossed state lines to fuck with them and started screaming at them and threatening them. Jail would honestly be better for Boogie than his life as it is now, but even if you lived in a super-neutered cuckastain west coast state, no prosecutor would fuck with you over dumb shit like this.
