It probably goes without saying but this could have been avoided if Boogie just never opened the door. Frank would have gotten bored and left and Boogie would have tons of sob-story footage of the scary internet man calling him a fat lying faggot at his front door. What an amazing deal for a perpetual victim

Leave it to Boogie to once again get himself into trouble through sheer stupidity. I'm surprised he didn't start putting rounds through the door

If something DID happen to him, it could be argued that he "assumed the risk" or "started the fight" ala fighting words doctrine.

But whatever Frank did or didn't do doesn't give Boogie immunity from the law.
