Frank's biggest threats against him were talking about how he was going to make Boogie have a bad day. He said this day would be the worst day of his life. He doesn't threaten to beat him, shoot him, or anything of the sort. Adding to that, if Boogie actually thought there was an imminent threat to his life, he would have shot Frank dead on the spot. He obviously knew that Frank was not a threat to him, hence the warning shot. There is no way that Boogie gets out of this clean.

I'll happily be wrong if frank releases his head cam footage but until then I'm suspect. I'm not sure if the gunshot is fake like just a sound or was fired into the air or ground, Boogie himself has admitted hea 's liar and manipulator. I'm nyiot telling you not to believe it. This is just what I personally think. I don't think it's beyond belief for a self admitted liar to do this to bring some attention and cash, it benefits them both.

Hypothetically, if this is a warning shot, how was he sure he wouldn't hit someone else or damage someone's property? There are so many possibly things he could charged with, there's no way he isn't going to jail for some time.

I'd never underestimate the power of playing the tard card. He's definitely getting his guns taken away though, at least in any scenario that doesn't involve charges of any kind either not being brought at all or somehow completely dropped.

Both people are escalating, and both people are getting what they want out of it, but I still think they are acting independently. Boogie is legitimately an easily flustered retard, and Frank is legitimately a retarded asshole. They don't need to have all this planned out to accomplish this, I don't know why anyone thinks this was planned out, it's entirely in character for both of them.
