So according to LSB, DSP's "12 hours straight" Rage-a-thon actually contained 3 hours of breaks and 1.5 hours of pre-stream. This is not even including all the shoutouts and phone checking.
Does it include the time spent on swapping games/consols?

Still doesn't manage to put in a full eight hour day, even after all that.

A farmer's easiest day of the year would kill DSP two hours in.

it got to the point with jump king where he spent more time reading shout outs than he did playing the damn game, now he wants to make Hollow Knight the full playthrough despite telling his viewers that they hate Metroidvanias? the viewers should demand he play through jump king instead.

edit: he just said the 150 in charge backs today put him 50 in the hole even though he made over 300 yesterday. didn't he JUST say he was going to start leaving money in his account just for chargebacks? I thought he was taking all this extra time verifying every tip to make sure its not an verified account? is he just lying about refunding a those tips?

To me, it feels like he's setting up an excuse to cry poor again with this hospital visit shit. I bet he's been trying to figure out a way he can hide away all this money he's been getting so he can get his pity bucks to start rolling back in. He knows his viewers wont donate to him unless he's in a desperate situation, so an expensive hospital visit no one can confirm seems awfully convenient to me.

Alright, you know it's coming...

How will DSP somehow make this Boogie shitshow about himself?
Holy shit I just looked this up and Boogie is fucked.

From what I can tell this jabroni Frank was yellin at him through the door, not trying to break into the house. And instead of just ignoring him or calling the police he decides to open the door and pull a gun on him. That's not self defense anywhere, at the very least he's gonna get a brandishing charge and potentially more for the "warning shot".

he was claiming that urgent care would probably cost hundreds of dollars, in most cases an urgent care visit doesn't cost more than a visit to your primary care provider. probably using this as an excuse to beg for some pity bux.

He's hint hint hinting at potentially hundreds if not thousands of dollars in medical bills over this ear infection and claiming he may not be able to afford the PS5 anymore. DSP catastrophizes absolutely everything, leaning into the worst case scenarios to drum up pity and collect money. Remember when someone charged back ~$100 and DSP told his fans that this person COULD charge back up to $900 and if that went through it would be a DISASTER? And when that didn't happen (because charging back transactions from that long ago is basically impossible) we never heard of it again, it was memory-holed.

Even if we take DSP at his word (LOL) and he does need to spend a few hundred dollars to see a specialist, this illustrates why Phil will never be financially secure. He NEVER has any money on hand for unexpected costs so any tiny disruption to normal life threatens to push him over the edge into destitution. Phil likes to blame external forces and bad luck for his situation but shit like this happens to everyone in the long run, you have to be prepared.

Well. He just said he wasn't sure if he could afford the PS5 because of all the bills he will get trying to get this ear infection treated (he bluntly said it would probably total thousands). Keep in mind, this is money that he said had already been put aside when he preordered, and that was before the $3000 in cheers.

I know we know this, but no matter how many chromosomes you're missing, there is no way you can look at this situation and not see this is a scam. This is just egregious that he thinks he can even remotely entertain the notion that he 'can't afford' the PS5.

We saw it with the chargebacks, and we're seeing it with the ear infection; he is scrambling to find ways to cry poor.

I think the ear gout is a cover up for the wwe champions spending
After the spiel tonight, I'm also thinking that we're never going to see any concrete proof of these thousands upon thousands in doctor bills... I'm split on if this is true or not, I think it's a 50/50 shot at this point.
But I really do believe he has sunk so low that he'd be willing to fake a medical issue to get money - he has been bluntly lying about so many things lately without consequences, I think he really doesn't give a shit anymore, he just wants a payday.

There is literally no way to get thousands of dollars in bills for an ear infection unless he has to spend time in the emergency room, which an ear infection should not ever do. He's going to exaggerate a standard doctor's visit to cover his Champions spending. Antibiotics are cheap as fuck too.

Really, I just want to see how long this can go on. Phil struck oil with the Vest Streak but now he's constantly running around trying to find a new carrot for his 'tists to chase. If he wants to keep thinking up crisis scenarios, drama, and events rather than make hos streams actually, truly entertaining, fine by me. There's only so many stories his thick head can dream up of (and the ones he's had so far have been total ass). The moment all the conflict evaporates from his streams, so too will the paypigs get bored.
He's fine until Christmas, after that I think we'll see some more floundering.

Well the one I can count on our favorite village idiot is finding new ways to reach new lows on begging for money...

Quick Edit: What I find hilarious(to me anyway) is the fact that all of these "emergency situations" and "financial woes" easily fall apart with the slightest scrutiny. One can see why the "fanbase" can be considered "special". You would have to be stupid to believe this nonsense.

Phil stated that he was supposed to have a plumber come on Tuesday for 'warranty maintenance' on something, but now has to reschedule because he is planning to go to urgent care for his case of Filth Ear.
Curiously, this may mean that, at some point between 11 and 3 on Wednesday, the stream may be interrupted.
Kat, who is presumably home on a Wednesday afternoon and doesn't even work that evening, was not even mentioned. But, I assume, is incapable of answering the door for a plumber who has a specific, routine task to complete.
Tell her to lay off the benzos for a few hours, Phil.

Some studies have suggested a correlation between ear infections and autism - this typically applies to children rather, however I am not certain if this grouping includes man-children.
Someone said a while ago that kids typically get ear infections from scratching their butt and then their ears later on. Basically fecal matter gets up there and bam, ear infection. Phil only bathes once a week, so this isn't surprising. The dumbass thought it was his headphones when many people seldom clean their headphones and never get a ear infection. Just wait for phil to bitch about the doctor telling him to wash himself. Better yet, they'll probably tell Phil he has high blood pressure and diabetes, since he's tired all the time.
