Anybody who is defending Boogie is as retarded as he is. Frank is retarded too, but Boogie was asking for this. Boogie spends a huge amount of the first interview and the second interview telling Frank to show up at his house and get gunned down. He calls him a pussy, makes fun of him and says that he's too much of a bitch to actually show up at his house. Mix this in with intermittent threats; talking about how he would absolutely love to murder Frank at his door, and would in fact relish in the feeling of putting lead into him. Boogie was absolutely not afraid of an imminent physical threat and was instead looking for an excuse to commit violence against somebody who has wronged him, as well as goading him to his doorstep so it could happen.
Now maybe this would dissuade most people from showing up, but Frank has built his online reputation on not being a bitch. He doesn't back down from confrontations even if it gets him into serious trouble, not necessarily a positive trait but it's what he's known for. Of fucking course after being called a pussy and told he wouldn't do it, he would decide to show up at Boogie's door. Frank's biggest threats against him were talking about how he was going to make Boogie have a bad day. He said this day would be the worst day of his life. He doesn't threaten to beat him, shoot him, or anything of the sort. Adding to that, if Boogie actually thought there was an imminent threat to his life, he would have shot Frank dead on the spot. He obviously knew that Frank was not a threat to him, hence the warning shot. There is no way that Boogie gets out of this clean.
