ALEX MARKEL NEVER WANTED sex-reassignment surgery. Dr. Daniel Dugi of Portland’s Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) hospital talked him into it, he claims. Alex (alias name) told me he had only wanted an orchiectomy (removal of the testicles) but Dr. Dugi refused and instead pressured him into getting sex-reassignment surgery. Being only 22 years old and feeling vulnerable he went along with it.

The surgeons do what the trans community also does. But the t.c. is way worse. For example this whole insane "egg" culture (egg is a term for trans in "denial", if your "egg cracks" you troon out).

It doesn't "go wrong". It heals. Like, it closes up. It becomes a massive hunk of scar tissue. Your body treats it like a massive puncture wound. It's a bit like an ear ring, just much, much bigger. Infection is again, the fact its a giant gaping would you have to keep opening up.

Also, your body doesn't really "reject it" like it does a transplant. I know it's being anal, but it's because of how the vascular tissue is managed. That tissue still needs blood flow. Well that is basically what they do IIRC, but its a huge strip of thigh or arm tissue that's hooked up to your crotch. The problem is there's a lot of detail that A. I don't know and B. Neither to the GRS people when it comes to how that fucks with vascular shit.

Well other religions do advocate some body modification (Islam and Judaism on chopping off foreskin, some hindus try to mimic the god's appearance, African tribal religions with the neck rings) but they are small fry compared to lower surgery.

When I was in the gendercult I was adamant I wouldn't go for it since you hear the horror stories, it was amazing how quickly someone would try and convince you that you can get a perfectly functioning neo-vag

Well for me I heard some troon who was talking about her experiences and how the 4 operations, dilators and UTIs would all be worth it in the end. He thought it was "inspirational"

I did some digging and found a fair few other people who were disappointed (understatement) by the work, it made me just nope the hell out. I mentioned to my gender therapist about it and she was claiming it was fake news and never happens. It appears that old psychotic me (not an understatement, I was misdiagnosed with GD when I really had a PD) was more rational than most of them.


I decided not to ever go for that, when I was asked by some other troon who was supposed to be my friend if I would have the op I was adamant I wouldn't and was labelled a no-true-Scotsman

I don't have much empathy for Kev since he is a sociopath, but can you imagine the level of buyer's remorse someone who was groomed would be feeling? And how painful it would be to have to not only live with the consequences of that decision, but also be forced by social pressure to say you're happy with it "even though there are issues"?

See I utterly think some people in it are convinced that they are right. There is all sorts of bad science inside their circlejerks. Basically they reject anything that goes against their narrative.

I have been told that HRT is completely reversible (it isn't), giving a 8 year old puberty blockers won't have any negative effects and if the kid chooses to detrans he/she just stops taking them and goes on a late puberty (again bullshit) , neo vags and penises are indistinguishable from the real thing and doctors frequently think they are real oh and my favourite hormones will eliminate all your mental illnesses

The fact of the matter is apart from the autogenophiles , trans people are generally gay effeminate men who are conditioned to think that they are broken and need awful surgery to be happy. It's the lie I was sold. People just need to learn to accept who they are at the end of the day .
