I have so many questions about this. How the fuck can a "doctor" do all that slicing, dicing, stretching, sewing, distorting and inverting - yet somehow miss the fucking ballsack hair? You'd think they'd throw that in, or do they just shrug and say oops, sorry about the whiskers in yer gooch? Is anyone else cringing heavily at the thought of a "gynecologist with a cautery tool" being asked to use it on an amputated dick? And why do they have to specify to troons not to put any FUCKING LASERS in the cavity?! Should you really put lasers in any cavity? Do they just make a list of inanimate objects you can and can't put in there?
I have a pretty big fuckin' problem with this shit being funded in my country by any type of insurance, and an immeasureably massive fuckin' problem with doctors who take the oath and are still willing to do this shit to people. Whatever the mad lads do with their own money, black market drugs and sketchy third world cosmetic surgery is between them and their god, but our otherwise mostly respectable medical profession should stay right the fuck out of it.

I noticed that too. Not only does he have an article that will help fight against Mermaids claiming they never said that children are born in the wrong body, but he wrote a book about how as a child he didn't conform to what a boy "should" be - but he came out of it doing pretty well as a man and as a father, which some kids nowadays probably won't have the chance to.
