It's obvious that both mongoloids crossed a line and did something dumb as fuck proving their retardation.

Frank knows boogie is a dumbfuck. Him going and screaming at his house was funny. The moment he got a gun pulled on him he needed to back down but didn't. Boogie had to ask how to pull back the hammer and has sausage fingers. These two things alone make's him a big fat retarded threat. This makes Frank a retard.

All Boogie had to do was call the police and sit inside with his gun. This would have solved the problem. Could have gotten a restraining order if he was really scared enough. Instead he went outside and shot a bullet in the air. This makes Boogie a retard.

If this is fake (which is fun to say now because it upsets Boogie), then they are both speds because they are acting like retards for attention.

That being said, I am enjoying the great debate on who is a bigger fuckass. Thank you all.

You are generally entitled under castle doctrine to view intruders as actually hostile and a threat to you, but that "generally" has limits. You can't actually know the person is not any kind of threat at all and just shoot them on principle because you don't like them personally. Even in Texas you'd generally need them at least to be stealing your car or something, and Texas is one of the few states where you would probably get away with shooting someone just for stealing from you.

Frank Hassle posed no threat to this fat son of a bitch other than just possibly being annoying, and Boogie knew damn well all the guy is is a nuisance.

I'm watching the Matt Jarbo stream where he had Boogie on and Boogie is being a manipulative little bitch.

Matt's wondering if the incident is staged for clout (which, even though it isn't, is a reasonable assumption, since it's so insane), and Boogie is trying to guilt trip and manipulate him by saying "HOW DARE YOU! I THOUGHT WE WERE FRIENDS! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU THINK SO POORLY OF ME THAT YOU'D SAY I LIED!" like you shouldn't ever be able to question if your friend is lying.

This is after his video last night where he says he doesn't care if people believe him or not.

See I just think this was Hassle betting that boogie would never shoot someone and at most try to intimidate him. I think if this is real, that's where the warning shot comes in.

Feel free to keep your gun on hand if you feel like they might try to force their way in, but until they've done that you have literally no legal grounds to confront them with a gun. Your "self defense" argument goes out the window when you take numerous active steps to confront them, demonstrating no fear for your safety whatsoever.

If you disagree with anything I just said and want to reply, make sure you quote an actual AK or federal law that supports what you're saying. Cause I don't care about southern tough guy power fantasies. It's not legal to kill or threaten to kill someone for trespass, sorry.

Classic boogie. His go to whenever someone calls him out on his stupidity is to put the emotional burden on the accuser and gaslight them. You can only imagine how much Dez put up with after he had surgery in the 6 months of hell he put her through before she gave up. He was supposed to go on a road trip with her during that time and I don't think he made it more than 60 miles before she had to turn around and leave him in Arkansas because he was being such a whiny bitch.
