Boogie / Boogie2988 / "Francis" / Steven Jason Williams - Fat, Rapidly Declining Divorced "Nice Guy" Middle-Aged Youtuber, Former Edgy Porn Blogger, lied about having cancer and being molested. Cohost of fake drama show "Lolcow Live (LCL)". Just WILL NOT die.

So most Londoners then. If you're not middle class you're not living anywhere else except the block.

Most "Londoners" live in places like Essex and Kent these days. The rest left living in London are mostly yuppies, dumb hipsters and "youths". You're only realistically likely to be stabbed by the latter group, and they don't tend to have online feuds with MDE trolls.

How many mistakes did Boogie make here? He repeatedly made threats to Frank Hassle and invited him to his property to get shot, opened the door, counted down to a warning shot, then fired it.

If he was seriously under threat why would he do any of those things? He gave Frank a million chances to leave.

I'm not a fan of what Frank Hassle did but Boogie comes across as a bitch shouting "pussy" multiple times after him when the guy stood with a gun pointed at him and chose to leave himself.

So has Boogie been arrested yet? He would have been better of tasing or pepper spraying frank after he issued a few trespass warnings.

I would what Frank would be like after being tased for 5 minutes straight.

You idiots who think this is fake, take this into perspective.

The problem with them setting this all up is that it would require not only the entire conflict between them to be fake from the very beginning, but for them to actually be very trusting of one another to even attempt something like this.

Any leaked correspondence regarding these plans would be catastrophic for one or both of them.

I'm not a gun fag so excuse the noob question. Why does firing a warning shot get you in more trouble than killing someone?

At this point I think the funniest thing Frank Hassle could do is come out and state he had been working with Boogie on a bit the entire time.

I hope he says it and he's lying. That would be the double screw.

Because if you kill them, they're dead and they can't testify against you, so your story is the only one that gets heard in court.

And if you fire some dumb "warning shot" you basically admit just by doing that that you weren't actually afraid of anything, you were just blowing off steam. If you were actually afraid you'd have put your bullet in the guy.

Poor a/c repairman, that had to be the weirdest day of his life. Some smelly fat ass has him hold his dog as said fat ass lumbers into his roommate's bedroom to steal his gun and point it at another fat guy.

Essentially it's likely to get you in trouble because if you have time to fire a warning shot, it's pretty likely that you were in no real danger to begin with, therefore casting doubt on the need for even firing a projectile. Plus firing into the air is negligent and stupid, that bullet is going to come down somewhere and in a rather dense neighborhood it's somewhat likely to damage someone's property or potentially kill somebody.

It's even more stupid when you consider the fact that Boogie took his time getting the gun, telling his "attacker" to hold on before he opened the door while they got the gun ready, which also indicates Boogie knew there was no real threat to his safety. There was quite a bit of premeditation there and if Frank had intended to attack him or break in, he would've, and didn't. And they'd spoken before and Boogie knew Frank wasn't coming there to beat him up. Also the gun didn't belong to him anyway.

At first I thought "how could this be fake? That's ridiculous!" but come to think of it I've never seen the actual police report/record and aside from the videos and interviews I don't personally have much evidence. I guess its hope its fake more than anything, since that would mean these two are just manipulative idiots instead of dangerous idiots.
I'm not saying it can't be fake but you can see Frank is nervous af in the door cam footage, moving back and forth constantly. In his other videos he's mostly a statue because shaking around doesn't really make for good footage. I also think he wouldn't have left so soon if it was staged

Frank's actually really lucky that he didn't get fragged by that fatass, I'm assuming he knew that Boogie knew he would get in deep shit if he actually did shoot (funny thought: B probably spent an entire night googling about the legality of it too). Boogie isn't exactly sane though and I definitely wouldn'tve risked my life merely to get some IRL trolling footage

Frank tries really hard to emulate the old school sam hyde pranks but he takes it way too far and this is a perfect example. Maybe I'm too much of a moralfag but this goes beyond funny pranks and into the realm of this guy is going to get himself hurt.

Storming to a mentally unstable ex-eceleb's house to call him a pussy is funny but not when the risk is getting shot almost point blank with a revolver. Hope he learns his lesson from this one.

Yes. This is unquestionably the thing that needs to happen. Boogie is taking it so seriously and flipping out, just start saying it was fake and all his idea. Make him spend the rest of his time explaining how it WAS real and he was READY to kill. There's half a dozen ways this could end up more insane and hilarious.

It all depends on local laws but, usually you are only supposed to to use a firearm when a serious threat is perceived. When you discharge a firearm as a civilian, you own that bullet till it stops moving and are going to be responsible for anything it does regardless of your intentions. A warning shot is perceived a negligent because it is obvious you didn't feel an overwhelming sense of threat and thought that a warning shot would get your point across better than verbal warnings. Shooting to just disable someone falls under similar lines of thinking; shooting someone in the leg to "to stop" them undermines a case that you felt threatened at a high enough level to justify discharging your weapon.

In most cases here in the United States, if you are going to shoot somebody it is safer legally to empty your weapon into them than trying to "wing" somebody or scare them.

It looks to me as if the pacing back and forth is his attempt to avoid being a static target if the fat fuck really did open fire - a very real possibility in my mind and Frank is pretty lucky. I was initially torn on the legitimacy but this is the point that makes me lean towards thinking this was real.

Storming to a mentally unstable ex-eceleb's house to call him a pussy is funny but not when the risk is getting shot almost point blank with a revolver. Hope he learns his lesson from this one.

This suggests to me that Frank is equally as unstable so I doubt there are any lessons to be learnt here. Seems purely nihilistic. The whole thing is funny as fuck so I say let the morals slide on this one.

Frank is retarded but he doesn't back down from a confrontation and he's not a pussy. Boogie was asking for it by demanding he come to his house, saying he wouldn't do it and calling him a pussy/bitch for being scared of him. Frank's built his entire online reputation based off of not being a bitch, so of course calling him one and saying he's scared would mean he shows up. Frank was goaded into a confrontation; I am 100% positive that if Boogie asked him not to in a completely level manner and didn't start going off about his murder fantasies describing how he'd revel in killing him when he does show his face, he wouldn't have come knocking.

This is also why the Keemstar interview, which features such gems as Boogie gleefully telling Frank how he'll take pleasure in killing him while taunting him to come over, is so damning for Boogie. There's a moment in that interview where Boogie says, basically verbatim, "I am a threat to you and I will kill you" after Frank insists he isn't a threat to Boogie. It's a prosecutor's wet dream.

For all the edgy shit Frank said to Boogie during their initial Killstream appearance together, about how he wanted to rape him and put him in a gimp suit or whatever, Boogie is the only one in this situation who ever made an explicit death threat, and did so explicitly multiple times before the confrontation while telling Frank to come over so he can kill him. That, combined with the absolutely stupid decision to release that video featuring him telling Frank to wait at the doorstep so he could confront him (not the behavior of someone in fear for his life), honestly leaves me baffled as to what Boogie's motives are. It's as though he chose to risk jailtime just so he could come out as the tougher Internet Tough Guy.

Here (timestamp starts at 30:43 if the link doesn't work) is a long, but informative, video of a lawyer reacting to all of the material in this confrontation (Keemstar interview, clips of the event) and breaking down a lot of the things discussed in this post.
