I've never heard another woman say progesterone does anything even close to this, and if anything it does the exact opposite; women on progestin-only BC report feeling more lethargic, having a lower sex drive, and being more prone to depression, among other things. In between thinking progesterone makes women into 1950's sitcom housewives and that women blubber like babies over nothing while gorging on chocolate during their periods, I almost wonder if these men have ever even interacted with a woman. Do all the actual women in their lives just nod along and agree whenever they come up with these off-the-wall ideas about female biology?
