I don't think Ralph realizes you can't stream directly to Entropy. He was probably planning to try and hide where he was actually streaming, but Entropy doesn't hide that.

So that Warski plan post I mentioned earlier, it's not that he tried to directly stream to Entropy, its that he tried to set up the stream as private thinking Entropy would pick it up, when that didn't happen, the DDoS claim comes out and he flips the stream public because ""they're ddosing me gaytor!"
