Well, well, more bullshit from our utterly useless county "health director". He must cream in his jeans any time he can fuck the inmates of this county over. Dude, drink all the hot drinks you can. Lowest circle of hell is cold.
And ANYONE who gets tested who isn't real sick is just fucking everyone else over. "They" lust for more and more cases. If you don't get tested, no case for them to jerk off to and use as a reason for keeping people from working. Just one reason I'm not getting tested. Just learned one of our neighbors will need to move because of financial problems. Both work in hospitality and those big unemployment checks are history. Very nice people. Very upsetting to learn. Thank God my son and his family escaped back to the USA. He and his wife are working and their cost of living is a hell of a lot lower. If they were still here they'd be hurting.
Yeah, Newsom, you sack of shit, all YOUR fault. You better be mainlining those hot drinks, you evil cocksucker. Least you'll have plenty of company in the lowest circle of hell.
COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT PUTS KIBOSH ON LIVE MUSIC
This afternoon the office of the county "health director" issued a public statement to "remind" everyone that live music is not allowed at "food facilities" or at any "public gatherings or community events" in the county.
Citing what it said was "current guidance issued by the State Department of Public Health," the brief statement offered a link to a document containing coronavirus safety rules for restaurants, wineries, and bars, and offered contact information for anyone who wants to turn in their local tasting room, restaurant or music group. Certainly, today's announcement comes as a blow to the places that have been offering a little entertainment, not to mention the musicians who provide it. (But hey, the county "health director" makes $345,000/year and never misses a paycheck, so you know he doesn't give flying fuck one for all those out of jobs. - JS)
STATE SAYS COUNTY'S EPIDEMIC HAS WORSENED, BUT MOST RECENT DATA ARE MOVING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION
This morning the Department of Public Health issued its latest coronavirus report card for County, giving us a grade of 9.9 — which is worse than last week's 9.0. (Oh, no! We're on double-secret probation now! Fuck that and fuck them! - JS)
Issued every Tuesday, the DPH report card is the state's official number which must below 7.0 for two straight weeks before we can be considered for a move from the
Purple Tier to the Red Tier under the state's economic shutdown scheme. (Does it fucking matter? "They" will just keep moving the goalposts to fuck as many people as possible over for as long as they can. Get a vaccine? No matter. "What if the vaccine doesn't work? Better keep people from earning a living and kids from going to school!" - JS)
The worsening of this week's report card wasn't unexpected, since it was based on countywide case totals from the week that ended Sept. 19, which readers of these bulletins already know was a worse week for coronavirus infections, with 563, than the week before, which had 465.
However, next week's report card will be based on cases from the week that ended Saturday, when the county had 417 cases — the lowest weekly total for the County since mid-June. ( As if it mattered anyway. - JS)
The state's methodology for calculating the report cards for the various counties is something of a mystery, and surprises can always arise, but next Tuesday will be a day to watch, because it is possible we will get a score of less than 7.0. And if that happens, and the score can be maintained thanks to reduced infection rates, we could be moving into the Red Tier before the end of October. (Hey, and monkeys might fly out of my ass, too. President Trump, not ONE FUCKING PENNY to bail out ANY state where the little Hitler has put the people under house arrest. - JS)
As far as new cases today, the county said there were 42, with most of them, as usual, coming from a city and the Valley. The Peninsula had just two cases. (And I wasn't one of them! For YOU, Newsom!

- JS)
There has been one more coronavirus-related fatality in the county, the health department said, bringing the total in the County since the epidemic began to 73 and giving us a death rate of .0001572, or 157.2 people per million. (73 in just over SIX MONTHS. County population about 445,000. And these county/state useless eaters tell us to "follow the science". I'm following the science and the science says this house arrest shit is completely unwarranted. These no-good fuckwagons will say and do ANYTHING to keep fucking the people over. - JS)
