I really don't think it's that strange for Frank not to release footage, he only ever has short clips or trailers of what he does on Twitter and all his actual videos on gumroad.

If he releases the full video today like he is claiming, it'll be the fastest he's ever turned around a video from filming to upload. He always takes weeks if not months to release content he teases on Twitter.

Boogie is a fat BPD wreck. He did it for attention and to try and look like a badass because he watches too many movies and is too invested in his "reputation" and "standing" among a bunch of other terminally online retards. If he even thought about legal ramifications, he didn't give a shit, his reputation is priority. He knew it would be mostly negative attention, but he likes being seen as a fat dangerous retard, he's affirming his identity as BPD cases do. Frank is a successful troll who wanted to prompt a spergout and got one. It was planned in the sense they all openly said there was going to be a confrontation, they fucking talked about it, a gun was mentioned I think, it was exactly the autistic posturing everyone expected and it just got more attention than usual because Boogie did a Yosemite Sam.

To answer your question more directly, Frank was just being a retard for fun and Boogie spergs easily when provoked so was an easy, logical target. The fact that we're even talking about this proves he chose wisely.
