I don't give a shit if he has cancer or not. My guess is he actually has an autoimmune disorder (which possibly lead to cancer) and I don't know enough about medical crap to make speculation. But why flaunt the cancer diagnosis now, and on twitter of all places?

I've noticed he tends to have a drop in content mid year and picks up making videos again in the winter as a bit of a pattern. It's almost as though making videos is a hobby he does when his dick is freezing off in the winter and in the summer he has a life or something. But that is just speculation on my part

Disclaimer: I am a dumbass
"Disease burden" is the concept of the indirect impact of a disease on someone's life: The financial impact, the time and effort of going to hospitals, the opportunity cost of not working, etc. So his doctors are talking about how much he wants to be in and out of hospitals, how much he wants to spend on treatment, etc, rather than focusing primarily on the disease itself. That probably indicates that it's incurable but very treatable, but that the treatment will be burdensome. The various tests they have to do conflict with one another so they're going at a slow pace with a low disease burden.
