I don’t know, Boogs, I believe you were thinking exactly as clearly as I imagined.

I asked a gun dude if he could ID the gun, this was his guess

Did he really shoot in a school zone?

Assuming it's constitutional, there's a federal statute outlawing that and he could face federal charges. That would be significantly worse for him than just what the locals would be likely to do. In theory, he could face both state and federal charges and serve time for both. It's somewhat :optimistic: to think he'd actually be charged federally, though. The predecessor of the current federal statute was found unconstitutional in 1990 (Lopez), one of the few Commerce Clause cases throwing out a Congressional statute as exceeding Commerce Clause authority (along with Morrison), and they inserted some verbiage about "interstate commerce" to try to save it. I don't think it's been tested in its current version. In any event you can thank Janet Reno for that.

It's probably a Smith and Wesson model ten heavy barrel in .38 special. They are super common and police or security company trade-in lots of them pretty regularly move through the big surplus dealers for about $200-$250 a gun retail. The last couple lots I've seen even had those grips, and were in real good condition like that one because they came from prisons where they spend most of their time in the arms locker instead of in a holster getting banged up.

I hope fatso explains why he was calling Frank "Sam". Safe bet is that he went full retard and didn't understand that people were comparing frank to Sam Hyde rather than saying he is SH. But it'd be funny to hear confirmation.

Either that or he thinks Frank is the living embodiment of "Sam" from Sam and Tolki. (He never seemed to actually grasp why is was called "Sam and Tolki". He often called it "Sam and Wanda", for instance.)

Seems to match, barrel is a little different but the body looks the same to me. Chamber might be a little smaller on the model 10

Im a long time lurker, first time contributor, as a former mod on Sam and Tolki (not that one) I know quite a lot of ol Boogie's lore.

One thing that hasnt been mentioned but adds weight that this was all scripted for storyfire - Boogie has invested in storyfire (seen in this twitter post https://twitter.com/Boogie2988/status/1133440496691490817 ) and confirmed on camera when it slipped out doing a bit about how he has points in storyfire.

My opinion this isnt fake but with Keemstar promising to set Frank up on Storyfire after the youtube ban, Keem promoting this on Storyfire and Boogie having points in storyfire (or at least did before he fell out with McJigglenigglets, suspected due to Boogie wanting his money back and MJN rejecting it) there is a little bit more to a possible skit.

Its also been reported a few times about Frank having involvement in Sam and Tolki, thats never been the case.

My favorite moment in the whole exchange is Boogie asking his friend if the mechanics of the gun was just "aim & shoot."

The white trash idiot has been living in Arkansas and didn't immediately understand the mechanics of a revolver! I'm more disgusted by the negligence of the friend to hand Boogie the firearm. I'd trust my 8 year old nephew to hold a gun before Boogie.

I was plinking aspirin and empty .22 shells with a henry golden boy at 12, and I live in the same region (kentucky), and i'm pretty close to booger's age. I can understand if his parents were liberal, and not wanting to have a gun, but I just can't fathom someone my age in my area not at least having a small bit of experience with a gun. Of course I was in the military, and raised by hunters types, so I get I may not be the norm, but holy shit, in his forties he's never been guns enough to know at least a tiny bit of gun safety.

Nah it ain't no .22 revolver as the barrel diameter is too large. it's definitely chambered in some type of 30 Cal round.

Keep in mind booger is a big boy, that gun looks smaller in his fat fucking hooves than it would in a normal sized person. It put me in the mind of a 357 or a 45. Could be wrong, i'm not a huge revolver type gun guy, i'm more into rifles and such.

Those are always the first guns I try to look for first whenever there’s newly arrived LEO trade-ins at my local gun shop.

I would’ve pinned boogie as the type to go out and buy a taurus or hi-point and just call it a day.

Yeah, beyond gluttonous eating Boogie's lifestyle has been leisurely playing popular violent video games and watching movies.

That's why he stupidly thinks brandishing a firearm & aiming it at a man was an appropriate response to an attention whore pulling his retard antics. And we all know how dangerous his "warning shot" was. Boogie believes that with a firearm you're permitted to pretend you live in the Grand Theft Auto universe. He's the kind of moron that cops have to shoot because he can't comprehend the simple firearm etiquette taught at every gun range & gun safety course.

I never thought I'd sound like a Democrat but after this moronic publicity stunt I wish everyone was required to go thru a gun safety course before purchasing or handling a firearm.

I'll put my money on the Taurus model 82.
At first I thought it to be a 9mm pistol, cause Boogie's iron is looking kinda small on his wrist.
But, once it fired, I thought that it doesn't sound like a water pistol, so it couldn't be 9mm.
Thereby, model 82 fits the bill the most. Short barrel, usually served black, and has the similar shape to Boogie's pistol.
