I would 100% guarantee that at least some (probably a lot) of the regulars who post here mocking him give him money quite often (and not chargebacks either), or at the very least will do so if there is even a sniff that the content might dry up for any reason.
I think the majority of what you said is wrong, or at the very least, heavily embellished, but this particular bit stood out as making the least amount of sense. A common complaint about the vest streak era was how boring Phil was because he was safely making his tip goals every stream. I think the general consensus is Phil is at his most boring when he's safely making money. We might get some rage every now and then depending on the game he's playing, but that's about it. If people were worried about content drying up, why would they give Phil money? It makes even less sense when you consider we have multiple threads talking about how much money Phil makes. On top of that, there are numerous posts talking about how, for years, nobody has believed his "I'll lose my house" shtick, and then to go one step further, there's a great deal of users who acknowledge Phil will be streaming until the day he dies. If there are any people who are worried about content drying up or that Phil will suddenly disappear from streaming if he only makes 5 figures a year instead of 6, I'd argue that group is very much in the minority.
The same logic applies to the tinfoil hat theory that restreamers or whoever are also supporting Phil. Throwing money at Phil doesn't make content, and if anything, takes away content because safe Phil is pretty boring. Hell, even Phil's own fans realized that during the vest streak, which is why there were so many people waiting until the very end of the stream to swoop in and save him.
I will acknowledge there are some dumb people who troll tip Phil and don't charge back. And some of them do post here, but they're usually mocked for it if they do come out and acknowledge it. I believe someone also crunched the numbers once and the troll tips (at least the ones that had obvious troll messages attached) made up something like 10% of the daily tips. Now that's certainly 10% too much, but it's not like Phil would suddenly lose all financial support if that group stopped.
