:optimistic: He may very well not ever get to that point. Mid-westerners have a propensity to be more down to earth on the whole than other demographics. Plus, letting his ego get the best of him could lead to him being disbarred or censured by a legal ethics committee.

it’s kind of hard to get disbarred unless you fuck around with client money/commingling and spending it improperly. I know a couple of lawyers that showed up to court either drunk (and falling asleep in court) or habitually taking money from people then ghosting them without doing shit.

Rekieta seems like a nice enough man and it‘s not painful to listen to him.

i just don't find drexel interesting and wish i wasn't watching this live so i could skip through his monologues about venezuelan purses

It's kinda BS if they won't accept a pro se brief from Nick just because he's a lawyer somewhere. Although I'm wondering if they're just being ultra pedantic because he left his bar number in or still had "attorney" in the signature or something like that (haven't seen the updated pro se brief, just wondering).

It's a charisma tactic. You should try it sometime. People usually like it when you remember their name and it helps them feel included in the conversation :)

Autists tend to not be charismatic so no surprise he would miss that.

Adding link to tonight's show. I was hoping Ty or someone/anyone would be on as a guest to help moderate Drexel. Sadly that appears not to be the case. Hopefully it isn't a night full of cuck/simp/bull talk.

Even the judge was pretty much dude, did you really have to write this shit down? If he hadn't had to deal with it he wouldn't have felt compelled to sanction him much, and as mad as he was at the first hearing, he chilled out pretty seriously later and was not very impressed with the scummy Allstate lawyers trying to get a pound of flesh more than they were entitled to. Allstate is a batch of fucking cunts and I could easily see someone who was already having a difficult time mentally just losing it at their shit-eating subhuman dirtbag lawyers.

Does anyone have a synopsis of what the fuck Drex is talking about? I have completely missed the fucking boat on this one.

Drexel sounds like a fucking jilted woman, holy shit. "I don't wanna hear a D come out of his mouth."
