There won't be a Will and him and his druggie brother will have to split it. Most likely neither will be able to afford to buy the other one out (I doubt Denise has many assets beyond the house that they will inherit), they'll either have to live there together or sell it and split the money.

No common-law marriage in PA, and Denise is on the deed alone, according to the property records, so if stepdad survives, he's fuuuuucked.

Edit - I think I'm wrong; they would be grandfathered in if they lived together before 2005 when PA stopped recognizing CLM.

If he comes to face with the fact that he actually has to do something with himself to survive in the world, he'll keep projecting the whole saga for the whole wide world to view and enjoy since he can't keep himself off of social media. Yeah, but if she's unable to sell it, it could still be up for grabs unless she's so behind on payments that it's in repo territory. It is probably true that she won't have the foresight to write a will, particularly since it sounds like there's no family around to impress on her the importance of writing one. If Louie were to get the house, though, he could sell it (or his share) off and live in some dingy apartment buying all the fast food his heart could ever chug through for a year or two before he'd exhaust the proceeds, though. If the stepfather gets it, though, he can't have much reason not to boot the leech out.

I mean, he COULD get an apartment near a grocery store and pick up even just a part-time job to keep his finances slightly afloat, if he were to cut back on his expenditures and focus on the basics, drop eating out, and simply try to subsist for as long as possible. So, yes, he'll sooner starve than actually live like he's poor.

Would it be considered gayops to report these tweets for threats of self-harm and suicide? In addition to it being the morally right thing to do, he always throws a tantrum when people report his suicide baiting, and that's usually pretty entertaining.

I believe it would be, since none of us are personally really friends or in contact with Lou - beyond what he reads here, anyways. In a way, we can sortof observe - what happens to the people who are so repugnant, they drive away anyone who -would- report them for suicide-baiting?

The idea that Lou would be at the mercy of someone he hates, and likely has absolutely no time for him either, to keep living his comfortable grifting lifestyle would be some sweet karma.

I now want that to happen more than anything, because Lou's complete lack of self-control would get him some severe consequences. Also, the idea of an obese giant waddling the streets, sobbing, while dragging over a dozen expensive electronics behind him makes me laugh.
