For the first ultrasound, didn't Ralph say 3 weeks. This new dating of 5 weeks 6 days actually puts that first ultrasound at about 4 to 4.5 weeks, not 3. She's having a bleeding that is normal, but should have occurred a while back, not now. But the biggest thing is why they even had the first ultrasound. She would have probably been showing up on the pee tests, but maybe barely, even then, typically don't get ultrasounds that early. Also, it's very unlikely she would have felt physical effects of being pregnant that early so she would have had to have been testing a lot because they were actively trying. Not that bullshit Ralph told her dad of "not trying to not"

The central tenent of Jim's video was that "but for" his Schizophrenia, Terry probably would have lived a normal life. It was a juxtaposition between the cows Jim had covered before, who were mostly attention whoring faggots, and a man who was very ill but fundamentally decent. It was an indictment of the fact that we normalize pathology and pathologize normalcy. We have a mental health system that is more concerned with pandering to the delusions and self-importance of troons and diaperfurs than helping a homeless man who had a very real problem he didn't ask for, and certainly didn't fully comprehend or celebrate. That's serious mental illness in a nutshell.
