It still counts. We haven't even gotten to the hearings yet, so the effects of RBGs death are still to come. I'll quote wikipedia for this:

I realize it's a little tinfoily but it makes absolute sense to me especially with how COVID response is the man hammer the Dems are using to attack Trump.

I've seen similar statements -- "He's faking it to change the subject" and "he wants to avoid the 2nd and 3rd debates" -- but this would also tie him up for 2-3 of the remaining 4 weeks. Where's the benefit?

Trump's still got his kids and various apparatchiks who run events. Also, I don't think this diagnosis actually stops him from holding events. I think it's possible he might switch to shorter appearances but more appearances. Regardless what is his competition doing, you think Biden is gonna out campaign him? More importantly, the issue that Dems are using to drive their base and motivate independents for them is Trump's corona response. Old and visibly portly Trump coming through the virus free and clear would be the ultimate reassurance that things are going to be ok and that Trump's response weren't the problem. That would demotivate the Dem vote bigly.

If, as I expect, Trump bounces back in another week completely unscathed, healthy, and filled with vim and vigor, that will be a huge blow to shitlib morale, millions of whom, as we speak, are openly hoping he dies from this. Can you imagine the looks on their faces when they see a healthy, tanned, energetic Trump reappearing in another week or so?

Nice thing about Michigan is that Crowder just did a rally against Whitmer there for her shitty COVID response and corruption.

Sucks about no Florida today, but if he can go full virtual for Wisconsin, it would be nice. Hopefully, Trump cwn be well rested enough for Arizona next week.

He's doing a virtual Florida rally, of some sort, tonight at 7:00. I signed up because I'm curious what that will be like, what he'll say, etc. And I'm not sure whether it will be live (to the general public) or not. If it's not live, I'll give some updates on what happens/what he says of relevance to the coof.
