You know what's real interesting? Ron has never fully addressed or condemned what his son has said and done.
Makes me wonder why. Is it perhaps that he silently endorses it? Or worse, for once feels some amount of shame? Hard to say, hard to say....

Even if he doesn't, he has the traits of an sjw which compel him to smite those that are x-ist, which his son at least fills out racist.
The fact he hasn't speaks to me that something happened between them and ron is either afraid of his son or wants to larp that he's a bachelor.

You're talking about a guy who openly doxed a child and accused that child of hacking his twitter account, threatened to kill people and a dog, and talked about how he wanted to punch a guy he barely knew in the face while also referring to his perpetual fat whale of a fiance as his personal object.
There's noting to speculate, nothing to wonder about. Dude is a monster, plain and simple. I don't think you need any more proof than that. Why would he care what his son says or does? He probably has no agency in that kid's life at all anyway.

I think Ron stopped "loving" his kid once he hit puberty, or his son was super embarrassed to get a T-Rex shower head at age ten (if the transaction went through). Or most likely, Ron was buying his kid gifts in attempt to get him on his "good" side and hold it against him later should he ever misbehave.

Afaik post-judgement discovery refers to, exclusively, discovery conducted to determine what the losing party in a lawsuit can afford to pay, and what valuable assets the party would sell in case they couldn't reasonably cover the costs of the suit. In Vic's case, it would cover his income, home and possessions most likely. Given Vic's perceivable standard of living, and most if not all of his BHBH costs being covered by the GFM, I can't imagine Vic couldn't cover the $200k he owes ina reasonable amount of time (if he'll even owe all of that after appeals).
Creepy Ron is getting giddy over post-judgement discovery for a few reasons:
A) he's a moron
B) he's a moron that doesn't understand how discovery works, since he didn't comply with his own the first time
C) Lemoine likely told him that it would somehow cover the GFM even though it is not, and has never been, income of Vic's and has always gone directly to whoever was representing Vic (even before it was Ty, which KV is too dense to realize)
D) I doubt even Lemoine was dumb enough to tell Ron this, but he's probably got it in his head that it will go beyond Vic's income and give him more dirt to throw at Vic. Or Ron thinks there's the dirt to be found in Vics finances? Who knows?
E) Ron is still $180k in the hole for his and his personal fucking fiance's legal fees and has probably convinced himself that post-judgement discovery could somehow change... Well, the judgement, to get him the full fees
This list turned out a little longer than anticipated but it's likely any one or combination of these things. Of course, Creepy Ron is refusing to consider the possibility that he comes back to court, but I think this false bravado is a coping mechanism.
