So barring any crazy second stage developments (unlikely given the antibody cocktail and Remdesivir and all the other vitamins and stuff they have him on), he'll be back in the WH probably by next weekend, at latest. Imagine if he's back out on the streets in 2 weeks seemingly unchanged. The media would lose their minds.

He repeatedly dodged "has he ever been on oxygen?" with "he's not on oxygen now/today." If you put all his answers together, it's like a weirdly specific logic puzzle.

His final quote: "Thursday no oxygen. None at this moment. And yesterday with the team, while we were all here, he was not on oxygen."

Sure, but the same is true in reverse. Half of the assholes in here were reeing about how mean people were for laughing about RBG dying. I wasn't glad she died, but some of the memes were funny. So far, the progressive left hasn't been funny about it, and that is the real trespass.

In other words, he got oxygen yesterday at the White House? When he reportedly had SOB, nasal congestion, a coof, and a fever.

Trump's doctors have begun their briefing, saying that Trump has needed no supplemental oxygen, and is doing "very well" and is "improving" as of Saturday morning. Trump no longer has a fever, Dr. Conley said, and hasn't had one since Friday morning, he said.

Conley and the team were reluctant to put a timeline on when Trump might be discharged, but said that they would be reevaluating whether "he needs to be here" every morning.

Asked why the team is using remdesivir on top of other treatments, the doctor said he would be "maximizing" treatment for the president.

He refused to get into when Trump's last negative test was.

When pressed by reporters about whether Trump had received oxygen during his course of treatment, Dr. Conley demurred, saying only that the president "wasn't on oxygen right now" and had not been on oxygen recently, though he refused to offer more details. The doctor refused to answer any questions about how the president might have been infected, and when.

Here was the most telling answer, which would suggest that Trump may have briefly received oxygen Friday before heading to the hospital. Some on social media claimed they thought he was concealing an oxygen tank before departing on Marine One.

After the reporters managed to pin down that Trump had received Oxygen earlier on Friday, the press briefing was abruptly ended with calls of "last question." As the crowd filtered out, some reporters lingered to talk with Dr. Conley and the other doctors, who said another update would be coming later.

Asked about hydroxychloroquine, Dr. Conley said that while Trump had asked about the medication, it wasn't prescribed. He refused to offer more details.

"Thursday no oxygen, none at this moment, and yesterday with the team, while we were all here, he was not on oxygen.

When it comes to risk factors, Dr. Conley said Trump "male, he's 74...he's a little overweight...but other than that, his health is great." The doctor added that his cholesteral, blood pressure and heart rate were all "normal".

There are a lot of somethingawful/subredditdrama types here who usually stick to threads where they make fun of handicapped people. They hope hating Trump (the Bad Guy) will absolve them of all the guilt they've built up over the years throwing tomatoes at the deformed. When the smoke clears, I think we're gonna learn that SARS-CoV-2 was deliberate from top to bottom. The Chinese developed it intentionally and they turned it loose intentionally. They have gained from it. They are closing in on Taiwan, they started a pissing match with India, they unloaded a shitload of faulty medical supplies on desperate European countries, they raised the prices on medicine (we had stupidly ceded a monopoly on those to them).

They had the "World Health Organization" run cover for them.

A Chinese virologist co-wrote a paper saying that the virus was created in the Wuhan lab. To the surprise of no one, her Twitter account was suspended.

Facebook, of course, slapped her down.

The argument for ignoring this is simple: if we proved it true, what could we do about it?

And now we have to add to the offence the attempted murder of the president and other high government officials..

I think the day is fast approaching when we'll think of COVID-19 as a relatively minor detail of a much bigger problem.

His fever is already gone in a few days? That sounds normal, like any nasty sickness.

I've heard from my bluepilled family members that "maybe this time the country will get serious about coronavirus" but this sounds like really what I've heard all along, it's just a more contagious and slightly nastier cousin of the flu.*

*Note for extremely stupid people: this is not to be construed as "COVID-19 doesn't exist", don't put words in my mouth
