Upon seeing our boy's smugshot and his array of lunatic armory, I decided he must have connections to the local insurgents and set out to find out more about him. I quickly learned that he is a failed comedian, to be specific, he is a former improv comic who ragequit his job at Comedysportz when they got tired of him sperging out about George Floyd and ACAB at kids' birthday parties and retirement homes.

A few things, as @Roybertitos noted, its fairly all encompassing in that it considers -any- protest. The lower limit it put was 3 people.


It also did something else I didn't see many people note. It only ever considered a single event per-area. So over 100 days of rioting? All of that is a SINGLE event. But wait, There's MORE. It then also included several duplicates of peaceful demonstrations.

Even ignoring that 7% is a fucking lot and statistically significant, the actual data is bunk.

Alexander III definitely sanctioned pogroms against the Jews but the thing with the Russian Empire at the time was that pogroms often happened even if the Tsar did not officially back them. Alexander II opposed a lot of the pogroms and condemned them but pogroms still happened anyway. The Jews were despised by the Russian peasantry and the nobility alike.

Only 2% of police contacts involve a use of force. At a 7% rate of violence, BLM is 350% more violent than the police they are protesting.

No surprise, but that study is garbage. It conflates the number of protests to drive the total number higher, and when a "protest" turns into a riot, it treats them as separate events to preserve the "peaceful" number. The chart below shows you how stupid its methodology is:



See those days with both a protest and a riot? Those are not peaceful days. Those are riot days. In order to inflate the total number of protests, they took multiple organizations marching within a single crowd, or a march with multiple stages, and counted it as multiple protests instead of a single one. And when that single march ended in a riot, they carved that section out to make it look like 3 protests plus 1 riot, instead of a single event that was actually a slow-burning riot.

And if you know anything about CHAZ/CHOP, or read our thread on it, you'll know that every peaceful day within that gray shaded period is a lie. CHAZ had daily property destruction, nightly violence, and multiple murders. The cops didn't bother to enter the zone and declare riot, they just declared the entire zone off-limits. But the study uses that period to run up the numbers anyway, completely destroying the credibility of its numbers.

TL;DR They ginned up that study for the sole purpose of giving lefty defenders a talking point, but even that 7% number they're lying about makes BLM protests look terrible.
