And I don't know where you got that Asher info from, but they did an entire (now unlisted) CCTV episode centered around their decision to fire him. There was no weird sex stuff; they fired him for constantly showing up late, missing flights, and just generally being a fuck-up (see 17:35 below).

The supposed folks who are coming out on Twitter are no better than the sources of the allegations of grooming or interacting with minors. My question is, how can we trust it was an actual catfish scheme? 4 gigs is a lot to gather from folks; but I'm also not versed in sexting or sending noods. Is it feasible that these videos and images were accessed through other means and then compiled into one big file to torrent? Data breaches, weak passwords, social engineering, a lot of ways to get information, coworker squabbles, etc. For all we know, these could just be images and videos that were sent to significant others and then framed to illicit the very response that is being given at current. RT seems like the type of company to have a lot of enemies under that shag carpet. That is my tinfoil hat thoughts.

Possibly, although at least to me, this being a giant Autismo effort to take down RT is a lot more unlikely than Ryan and Adam just being cheaters fucking their fans.

You make a good point. It does seem weird to go out of your way to catfish a long con and then save them for years, for this. Especially of Adam and Ryan. Why them specifically? The messages are pretty straightforward.

Generally agree, though I doubt it has gone further than salacious words and pics for at least Ryan. I've followed RT for, longer than I'd like to admit, and I've come to the conclusion that Ryan is pussy whipped and probably stuck in a marriage he no longer or she no longer wants; due to kids being young still.

Adam is more than likely getting fucked by fans as a closeted homosexual. It is LA after all, there isn't one thing off the table of possibilities for deviancies in LA. All I'm jabbing at is I wanna see the fall out or more information surface that isn't hearsay or speculation; lets see some implicating apologies...

I thought Asher was fired for having a really shitty work ethic and acting like a rude bitch.? Aleks clearly didn't get along with him, he did some Podcast with Brett and James after the fact and he had disdain on his face the whole time. He does seem like the most likely to take advantage of his 15 minutes.

The armchair psychologist tinfoil hat wearing in this thread is beginning to veer toward Reddit levels of autism. I'm unsure why the facts of the catfishing scheme are still being debated. There exist degenerate forums where gay men, for several years, have collectively cranked their hogs at out of context Rooster Teeth manservice. I don't understand why it's so hard to believe that a member of one of these forums (because there are several of them) would be horny and desperate enough to attempt catfishing a straight guy who he wants to fuck. Let's not forget that these images were being circulated privately before they hit 4chan. If someone's intent was to sink Rooster Teeth by hacking the iCloud accounts of innocent, horny, young monogamous couples, why would they release the files in this manner? This was someone's private spank bank that was made public when they presumably realized the clout (and $$$) that could be gained from sharing it. As for the person who created the /pol/ thread, it was probably just a troll who recognized that it was easier to sell the MeToo story than this batshit (but believable, and entirely logical) story of a prolific horny gay man who coerced Skyrim With Guns into deepthroating silicone.
