Married or not, his tweets and comments on streams could be used against him to force him to accept responsibility as the father of the child, whether or not he actually is or is recorded as such. Anything having to do with the health of the child could be taken out of him by a court if he's sued because it's about the "welfare of the child", especially if it's alleged by Faith that Ralph kept her from getting any employment or something similar.

There's no way Ethan's joining PPP & Godwinson in going after Fuentes, though it'd probably do wonders for his show entertainment-wise, and get him new viewers. He's stuck on D-live though, and I imagine Fuentes, and his backers, would get him fucked very fast once he started down that path. Too bad he burnt so many bridges already, and has nowhere else to stream from, because it would be a net benefit for him otherwise.
